Welcome to Orloff Estates offering of automobiles, automobile parts, tools and memorabilia. All property offered for sale will be through a sealed bid process as per the Conditions of Sale. The following steps outline what you need to do to “Bid” on items:
1. Bidding Forms: All prospective bidders must complete the following forms and fax to: 559-221-6611 or email to: mao@orloffestates.com to “Bid”.
Upon receipt of your registration and bank reference you will be provided a bid sheet with all additional instructions.
2. Deposit: Bids for Brass Era Automobiles require $20,000 deposit, contact mao@orloffestates.com for wire instructions into escrow account. Deposits for winning bids will be applied to purchase. All others will be refunded within ten days after the completion of the sale.
3. Inspection Dates: Onsite viewing and inspection of all items will be held July 1-21, 2017. Items are located in Fresno, California - specific inspection address will be sent to you via email upon completion of Bidder Registration.
4. Bidding Dates: Bidding will commence on July 1, 2017 and will conclude on July 22, 2017 at 3:00 PST. All bids must be submitted in writing using above Bid Sheet by the closing date posted for each of the items being offered for sale.
5. Payment: The Purchase Price and tax due to any governmental authority as a result of the Sale must be paid in full to Bickel Fiduciary Group on behalf of the Robinson Trust by cash or wire transfer in United States currency, no later 72 hours upon receiving notification of acceptance of the successful bid.
6. Removal of Property: All paid for property must be removed from the premises within 10 days of the completion of Sale unless otherwise noted or previous arrangements have been made and communicated in writing to Orloff Estates in advance.
7. Final Sales: All sales are final and Orloff Estates makes no claims, guarantees or statement of authenticity pertaining to the sale of property listed. It is the responsibility of each prospective buyer to inspect the items prior to bidding.
